It's simple, create a better and healthier everyday for the people in our community.
We do this by connecting folks to the food they eat . Our customers feel good knowing where their fish is coming from and the goodness they provide their families.
We grow and nurture the freshest, healthiest and tastiest fish.
Unparalleled purity -- Eagle Creek’s streams are fed by deep artesian aquifers, bubbling up hundreds of feet through purifying bedrock. And Eagle Creek never uses antibiotics, hormones, or pesticides.
Fully Sustainable -- Eagle Creek’s springs flow naturally, without any electric power. The fish enjoy a mostly plant-based diet from producers that are both HACCP and BAP Certified. And Nature’s cycle is left untouched: waste is composted, and the water is returned to its aquifer, all the while providing a thriving, diverse and rich habitat for wildlife.
Freshest ever -- Our trout are processed within an hour of leaving the ice-cold water, never frozen, and delivered within hours. Loaded with naturally occurring Omega-3, Eagle Creek’s proximity to our customers ensures an extraordinarily healthy, fast, and fresh farm-to-table experience.
One of the oldest trout farms in Michigan, Eagle Creek Fish Company is more of a wildlife preserve than a farm. Icy cold pristine water bubbles out of the ground, fed from a vast artesian aquifer that lies hundreds of feet below the surface. These pure waters hatch our eggs, challenge our fingerlings and give vibrant life to our brilliantly colored Rainbow Trout.
These natural waters feed our ponds, streams and raceways, making their way through our farm, where you can find beaver, mink, fox, bobcat, coyote, sandhill cranes and where migrating birds find welcome sanctuary.
Blue skies and starry nights, with osprey and eagle dueling overhead, it’s no wonder our trout are unmatched.
